AI settings

AI settings control the providers and generation behavior that a bot uses. Set shared defaults in Settings and override only the bots that need different behavior.

Provider keys

Provider API keys are stored as secrets. Add them through the settings form rather than in a prompt or chat message.

Bot overrides

Use a bot-specific override for a different model or response behavior. Keep an explicit reason for each override so maintenance remains straightforward.

Validate safely

Test a changed configuration in a low-risk chat before applying it to a busy group.
