Connections

Connections decide where a bot can receive messages. Configure them per bot so that instructions and access remain scoped to the right group.

Add a connection

Open the bot and select Connections. Follow the provider's authorization flow, then select the chat or group that the bot should serve.

Protect access

Treat connection credentials as secrets. Rotate a provider credential if it was exposed, and remove a connection when the bot no longer needs access.

Diagnose delivery

If a bot does not respond, check that the connection is active, the chat trigger matches the message, and the worker is running.
