The conversations view helps you inspect message history handled by a bot. Use it to understand a response before changing prompts or AI settings.

Review context

Open a conversation to see the related messages and bot output. Focus on the trigger, the available context, and the final response.

Improve behavior

When a response is off target, adjust the system prompt or the relevant AI setting. Avoid changing several variables at once so the result is easy to evaluate.

Keep data appropriate

Group conversations can contain sensitive information. Limit access to people who need it to operate the bot.
